Is it difficult to become a concept artist or a illustrator? do you have to have a degree in art? Where do you go to start something like that? And what do the people doing the hiring look for when sifting through all of the thousands of artists out there? These are serious questions that I've been thinking about for a while now.

I've been working on this painting (when I get the time) for about a week and I'm calling it finished, for now. There are some things that I can see that could use some detailing but I'm not going to worry about this one for a while if ever. I think I'm going to work on some more fantasy illustration,
