Male and Female figure studies (natural nudity warning)

I spend a couple weeks doing figure drawings using photo's from the website www.quickposes.com . I spend my mornings before work about an hour or so doing these for practice, it's helping me a lot to grasp a better understanding of the human form which can be quite complicated.
